Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. Still need help? Shipping Address Accuracy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories, beauty/skincare products, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email us at blushandbowsnm@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and "REQUEST RETURN" in the subject line.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
